today's tips for your health : you will have to choose between health and taste. if you want good health ,compromise on taste. for example : the four things that must be used in minimum quantity for good health are :


a) spices and chilly


b) sugar


c) ghee, oil and fat


d) salt


ironically these are the four things that make your food tasty, are not they?


so use them sparingly.
