Friends, the muscle should b put under tension for a  considerable time . U must take at least 4 seconds to complete a rep.


Remember, light wt. and more time is better than more wt. and less time under tension.

DURATION OF CARDIO EXERCISES

FRIENDS, U MUST DO CARDIO EXERCISE FOR A MINIMUM OF 20 MINUTES AND A MAXIMUM OF 50 MINUTES AT A STRETCH.

A DURATION OF LESS THAN 20 MINUTES MEANS U BURN MAINLY CARBO AND MORE THAN 50 MEANS U ARE LOOSING SOME OF YOUR HARD EARNED MUSCLE MASS.

SO STICK TO 20-50 RULE.

HOW MANY REPS. WELL IT DEPENDS UPON YOUR GOAL. IF YOU ARE AIMING FOR SIZE AND STRENGTH GAIN GO FOR 6  TO 8 REPS. IT GENERATES LESS LACTIC ACID ,SO LESS FATIGUE .

REMEMBER 6-8 MEANS 9TH REP MUST NOT B POSSIBLE.

friends, colour in fruits and vegetables are good source of vitamins (like vitamim A). so include red (like carrot,tomato,), yellow(papaya,pumpkin,) blue(baingan,blue carrot), white (cauli flower,white baingan), and green(not to say there are so many of them like cabbage,pea,beans and last but not the least chilli etc.)
