DURATION OF CARDIO EXERCISES

FRIENDS, U MUST DO CARDIO EXERCISE FOR A MINIMUM OF 20 MINUTES AND A MAXIMUM OF 50 MINUTES AT A STRETCH.

A DURATION OF LESS THAN 20 MINUTES MEANS U BURN MAINLY CARBO AND MORE THAN 50 MEANS U ARE LOOSING SOME OF YOUR HARD EARNED MUSCLE MASS.

SO STICK TO 20-50 RULE.
