why only life, make your diet colourful too

friends, colour in fruits and vegetables are good source of vitamins (like vitamim A). so include red (like carrot,tomato,), yellow(papaya,pumpkin,) blue(baingan,blue carrot), white (cauli flower,white baingan), and green(not to say there are so many of them like cabbage,pea,beans and last but not the least chilli etc.)

Enjoy colour in food.
