4VITAMINS (FRUITS AND VEGETABLES) - MINIMUM 3 SERVINGS

5 FATS( MUSTARD OIL,SUNFLOWER OIL,GHEE AND BUTTER ETC.)-NOT MORE THAN 20% OF TOTAL CALORY INTAKE( AROUND 30-50 GRAMS)

6 WATER- 2 TO 3 LITRE
